On July 18, 2024, over 70 official guests, clients, and trade representatives gathered to celebrate the completion of the shell construction phase of the new GreenPlaces commercial area in Stockach. A special thanks was extended to the companies and craftsmen involved in the construction 💚.

In the coming months leading up to the official opening, the interior construction will be finalized. Marketing to commercial buyers and tenants has already begun. We’re excited that Stockach will be home to many regional businesses starting in January 2025, making it the perfect development hub for local SMEs 🤗.
Mayor Susen Katter expressed her enthusiasm for the new GreenPlaces in Stockach, emphasizing that a project like this is essential for the city’s business diversity. She praised the focus on sustainability, noting that, like all our green commercial properties, the new GreenPlaces is built using timber construction. It boasts high energy efficiency and excellent thermal insulation, with the solar power generated on-site available at discounted rates for self-consumption.
